Today is the day to lead by example... Whether you are at work or with a group in which you volunteer, realize that your words and actions have the potential to impact how people view the total organization. In contrast, you can also close communication with a patron through a thoughtless gesture or careless comment. You cannot overlook your involvement in the success of the group. Realize that you have a greater influence on others that you know. Choose to make that influence a positive one. Be willing to lead others by setting an example of love.
