Being a leader is only partially dependent upon your skills and intelligence. The character of a leader is demonstrated in their morals, commitment to truth and fairness, and the ability to communicate direction. Ultimately, the success of a leader rest on a leaders dependence on, 'The Intelligent One' and the willingness to yield all decisions to God's leadership.
